Position Summary: Provide leadership as part of a dynamic team serving children and youth impacted by trauma and mental health issues. Responsible for supervising team members in the Community Services Department and Healing Division. Provides supervision, support and guidance to case managers, clinicians, and other staff as assigned in the implementation of various evidence-based and evidence-informed clinical treatments including Trauma Systems Therapy. Performs diagnostic assessments, emergency assessments, treatment, and consultation where needed, and manages evidenced based models of treatment. Assists in expanding the clinical continuum of care at FSRI to respond to the needs of our clients. Represent FSRI at various internal leadership meetings, committees, and work collaboratively across programs and divisions. Represent FSRI to external partners and funders to ensure program visibility and growth.



Qualifications:

Independent licensure required.
Proficiency in professional writing.
Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance also required.
Bilingual skills are compensated!!
