Position Summary: The Clinician will be a part of the CCBHC assigned to provide treatment of referred patients and assist with barriers to care. Responsible for providing clinical services to young adults and adults with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI). Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment clinicians’ partner with case managers on all cases utilizing evidenced based models of treatment, such as Healthy Transitions, to provide care coordination and support to clients and families. Staff will conduct assessment screenings; treatment planning; evidence based therapeutic intervention and crisis evaluations on site in office and in the community.


Qualifications:

Master’s degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) required; Independent license required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT); LCDP preferred, or experience with Substance Use Disorders.
Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance required.
Bilingual skills preferred.
