Position Summary: Responsible for the creation, implementation, and oversight of FSRI’s emergency services programming for FSRI’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). Supports a trauma-informed, client and family-centered philosophy of care. Creates a trauma-informed, team environment to deliver high quality services that follow CCBHC guidelines. Provides supervision to clinical supervisors and provide training and consultation as needed.


Qualifications:

Independent Clinical License required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
Experience providing treatment in a behavioral health setting and a minimum of 2 years prior clinical supervisory experience required.
Experience providing emergency evaluation is a plus.
Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance also required.
Bilingual skills and/or experience with substance abuse preferred.
QMHP preferred.
Ability to multi-task and provide leadership to clinical supervisors and multi-disciplinary team members.
