Job Description

Position Summary: Manages professional development opportunities, research, and deliverables associated with the SAMHSA funded National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN) Category II Center for Trauma-Informed Policing. The TIP Center serves as an ongoing resource for law enforcement across the nation interested in becoming child trauma-informed, implementing FSRI’s Go Team co-responder best practice model, and partnering with community-based organizations to mitigate the effects of childhood trauma exposure and reduce the risk of revictimization. Contributes to the development of a comprehensive, trauma-informed, co-response training program for law enforcement.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and two to five years related project management experience required.
Former Law Enforcement are encouraged to apply.
Grant writing skills preferred.
Law enforcement training experience preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and online conferencing software such as MS Teams, Zoom and WebEx.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required.
Bilingual skills are compensated!!
